The sculpture is composed of letters of the alphabet, seemingly tangled, forming the upward flight of a heron above the acronym PLM.

The work was created by Emiliano Filippi and selected by the judging panel of the competition organised by the Foundation, in collaboration with the Municipality of Massarosa.
