Brera Botanical Garden

The Fondazione Pomara Scibetta ABC supported the publication of the book L’Orto Botanico di Brera. It is the first book ever published about the Garden in its long history.

The book offers readers a guided itinerary through the Garden, told for the first time by those who lead it on a daily basis. It weaves together history and science, highlighting the unique collections and architectural features that define this lively and ever-evolving place. A journey rooted in the distant past, experienced in the present with commitment, and looking towards the near future.

On this occasion, the Foundation also donated a corten sculpture by the artist Emiliano Filippi to the Garden.

“This book invites us to enter the secret garden,
to follow its paths, attuning our mood to each one,
in harmony with the plants and flowers that welcome us.”
